Australian Orders

Delivery times

The following delivery times are approximate:

• Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong 1-2 days
• Country NSW, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide 2-3 days
• Country VIC, QLD, SA, Perth, Hobart, TAS 3-5 days
• NT, Country WA 5-7 days

Delivery time estimates are in business days only. Extra time must be allowed for weekends and public holidays. Parcels are shipped out daily at 9am EST.

International Orders

Parcels being shipped internationally are sent via the following:

• All orders less than $100 AUD in value are shipped via Air Mail unless otherwise requested.
• Orders valued over $100 and weighing less than 2kg are shipped via Insured Air Mail.
• Orders weighing 2kg or more are shipped via Express Post International and include a tracking no.
• Express shipping on orders weighing less than 2kg is available upon request only and subject to extra fees. To save on shipping, international buyers may request orders be shipped via Sea Mail

The following delivery times are approximate and subject to time for customs clearance:

• Air Mail 1-2 weeks
• Express Post International 5-10 days
• Sea Mail 2-4 months (not available for NZ or Asia)
